Team Leader – Pub & Carvery
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need so shifts run smoothly and seamlessly. You’ll uphold high standards and prioritise customer satisfaction, creating a warm, friendly experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Set delivery standards by leading with excellence—from customer service to operational efficiency
- Step into the team’s leadership absence as required—deputising for management whenever necessary
- Coordinate busy shifts effectively, ensuring seamless workflow and technically compliant operations (e.g., legal, safe, and clean bar practices)
- Resolve challenges as they emerge—no task or inquiry is too small to troubleshoot
