Job Description
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example and ensure your team has everything they need for smooth, seamless operations every shift.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Provide heartfelt, memorable experiences for every customer who visits.
- Step in for management when needed, resolving startling issues or challenges that arise.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, addressing and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
