Team Leader

Team Leader – Nights Shift

Location: Omagh Employment Type: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: Nights (4 nights per week: 21:00–07:30, including weekends) Hours per Week: 36 Pay Rate: £16.25 (per hour)

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations within your department. Your role involves setting the standard by example—supporting colleagues, maintaining efficiency, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

With responsibilities ranging from stock management to onboarding new staff, you’ll be the go-to figure on the shop floor. Collaboration with your manager is essential to uphold high performance and keep your team engaged, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
