At Lifeways, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Team Leader to help shape exceptional supported living service based in Shiremoor. If you’re ready to inspire a team and empower individuals to live independently, confidently, and with dignity—this could be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

  • Support the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Support Workers to perform at their best
  • Ensure services meet regulatory standards and health & safety requirements
  • Champion continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the people we support
  • Play an active role in on-call support, helping your team when it matters most

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and heart:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
  • A proactive, supportive leadership style
  • Flexibility to take part in a 24-hour on-call rota
