What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
- Support the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Support Workers to perform at their best
- Ensure services meet regulatory standards and health & safety requirements
- Champion continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the people we support
- Play an active role in on-call support, helping your team when it matters most

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and heart:
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
- A proactive, supportive leadership style
- Flexibility to take part in a 24-hour on-call rota
