Lifeways Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for adults with learning disabilities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join one of our services in South Tyneside.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. You’ll lead and motivate your team while ensuring the best outcomes for the individuals we support.

  • Mental health needs
  • Learning disabilities
  • Behaviours that may challenge

  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities is essential
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable
  • NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the learning disability sector
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
