Help Shape the Future of Redbridge

Redbridge is a borough on the move. Ambitious, diverse and forward-thinking, we are delivering sustainable growth, investing in infrastructure and creating great places for people to live, work and thrive.

Located in north-east London, with central London just 15 minutes away via the Elizabeth Line, Redbridge offers the best of both worlds: vibrant urban communities, outstanding parks and open spaces, and excellent schools. Home to over 310,000 residents, we are proud to be one of London's most diverse boroughs and a UNICEF-recognised Child Friendly Borough, committed to putting children and young people at the heart of everything we do.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning professional to lead on planning policy and infrastructure delivery projects that will shape the borough's future. You will play a key role in delivering our ambitious growth agenda, including the preparation of the new Redbridge Local Plan, securing infrastructure investment and creating sustainable, inclusive communities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
