Team Leader Opportunity at Campsie Site
We are looking for a confident and driven Team Leader to join our Campsie site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment. We’re now offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to step into a Team Leader role in our Split and Load department.
You will act as the senior point of contact in the department, ensuring performance, safety, and efficiency across Stores and Dispatch functions.
This is your chance to lead by example, support daily operations, and help drive across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, supporting stock control, stores, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure 100% adherence to safety and quality procedures, including PPE use.
- Coordinate material receipts, issues, and outbound shipments to meet production schedules.
- Monitor inventory transactions, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Organise tools, resources, and overtime rotas to keep operations efficient.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure materials are properly stored, labelled, and identified.
- Proactively address challenges across departments and support continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs, provide guidance, and report performance concerns where necessary.
- Act as the senior contact point in the manager’s absence.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing, engineering, or contracting environment.
- Proven track record in delivering results through strong leadership.
- Experience in people management, from identifying training needs to performance assessment and maximising output.
- Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety in a factory environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge.
