Job Description Join Us as a Care Team Leader – Inspire the Next Generation of Support Workers
Location: Cheam, Sutton - South London
Hours: 8:30am -8:30pm, Monday to Sunday
Pay: £13.86 per hour
Shifts: Variable

Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, You Will
Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals, and families Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
