As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork. Your responsibility is to uphold high standards and guarantee our customers leave happy and satisfied.

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Deliver a heartfelt, memorable customer experience every time.
- Act as a deputy manager, handling responsibilities when the management team is unavailable and resolving issues swiftly.
- Organise and coordinate your team throughout busy shifts to maintain seamless operations.
- Ensure the bar remains safe, legal, and spotlessly clean, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead the team to provide exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming environment for every visitor.
