Team Leader
You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Ensure customers receive a heartfelt, memorable experience on every visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team efficiently during busy shifts.
- Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, addressing any issues quickly and responsibly.
