Team Leader
Team Leader Vacancy at Poundland
About The Role
Join us here at Poundland as a Team Leader and you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store and Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for our customers every day.
You’ll help create a friendly, welcoming store where customers receive great service and colleagues feel supported on the shop floor to do their best work. From managing deliveries and merchandising, to supporting daily operations, you’ll keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse; you’ll be right at the heart of the action.
Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll:
- Motivate the team
- Support store performance
- Ensure everything runs efficiently day to day
A positive, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills are essential. You’ll be confident in:
- Leading by example
- Supporting colleagues to develop
- Keeping the team focused on delivering great results
