- Monday: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Thursday: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Sunday: 9-hour shift
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of your department, setting the tone for your team and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting your team: Offer guidance, assist with training, and help resolve issues on the shop floor.
- Managing stock and operations: Monitor stock levels, assist with Organisational excellence initiatives, and maintain high working standards.
- Customer service excellence: Ensure customers receive exceptional service and support coworkers to deliver this.
- Collaboration with management: Work closely with your manager to meet targets, maintain morale, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working in retail or a customer-facing role.

- Willingness to flex to diverse shifts, including evenings and weekends.
