Victoria’s Secret – Team Leader

SHIFTS (38.75hrs per week): Mon – 14:15 to 22:45 Tue – 09:45 to 18:15 Wed – 14:15 to 22:45 Thu – 09:45 to 18:15 Sat – 13:15 to 21:45


About the Role

As a Team Leader at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work with a passionate team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. Your role is dynamic—here’s what to expect:

  • Customer Experience

    • Use your product knowledge to guide customers toward the perfect lingerie, sleepwear, or accessories.
    • Provide seamless checkout support to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Brand Bra Experience

    • Offer expert bra fittings, helping customers find their ideal size and styling options.
  • Visual Merchandising

    • Manage product presentation and store layout to highlight key items and drive sales.
    • Train to elevate in-store appeal—guiding customers to outgoing Stock while uncovering hidden favorites.
  • Team Leadership

    • Lead by example, fostering a positive, high-performing team atmosphere.
    • Uphold brand standards and customer service excellence.
    • Tailor experiences to individual shopper needs, creating lasting satisfaction.
  • Sales & Profitability

    • Drive KPI-driven targets aligned with store growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with management on strategy to boost revenue and operational efficiency.

  • Store Standards & Operations

    • Oversee deliveries, stock replenishment, and health & safety compliance.
    • Support loss prevention efforts and ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Launch & Execution

    • Play a critical role in new product rollouts, store audits, and floor plan transitions.
    • Train team members to maintain consistency and operational readiness.
