Team Leader

Team Leader – Critical Role Ahead!

About the Role

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and drive efficiency with the precision of a freshly polished lens?

As Team Leader, you’ll be the backbone of your team—focused on safety, sustainability, quality, cost management, and service excellence. You’ll take the reins during shifts, champion continuous improvement, and guide your team to work smarter, not harder.

You’ll collaborate closely with Production and Warehouse Managers to ensure everything—from machine performance to space utilisation—is optimised. Plus, you’ll grow your leadership skills by coaching, mentoring, and fostering a workplace where everyone feels proud to contribute.

This role is perfect for someone with a natural flair for people management—ideal for coaching, building relationships, and mentoring team members to thrive. You’ll need strong numerical acumen, experience in budget management, and the ability to spot cost-saving opportunities. Influence and cross-departmental collaboration will be key as you align teams toward shared goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
