We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader working within our Logistics Department.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 13.45 to 22.00
Role Responsibilities
- To carry out daily duties as per ISO work instructions - inclusive of temperature controls
- Ensure all trailers are clean and are running at the correct temperature
- To ensure forklift trucks and any other equipment are maintained in a safe working order, complying with legislation
- Monitor hygiene and housekeeping, promote a clean as you go policy, and ensure all Warehouse areas meet the required standard
- To action, hold/quarantine/release requests and control the rework procedure
- To ensure all CCP/loading paperwork is completed correctly
- To carry out racking inspections and document using the company racking inspection procedure, and investigate damage and report back to the warehouse Supervisor
- To lead a team of operatives in FB and NLC to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate fashion
- Take full responsibility for all material/finished goods movements assigned to your shift
- Ensure incoming finished stock from auto palletizer’s are put away and stored to the correct standards
- To unload, issue and return materials in a timely fashion, ensuring accurate information and correct stock rotation
- Assist with manpower planning to ensure adequate manning levels and skills mix at all times
- To ensure a timely and informative shift handover is held at the beginning/end of shift
- Use the warehouse management system to perform daily duties
- To complete all leader standard working (LSW) tasks in a timely manner
- To complete all inventory checks in line with the inventory rota
- Any other reasonable requests
- Support and train colleagues where necessary
- Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures
- Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures
