Warehouse Team Leader
Pay Rate: £31,435.65 (annual)
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift Patterns:
- Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 1 Saturday every 4th week
Location: Cannock, WS11

Lead the Team
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve superior results.

- Maintain high safety standards and compliance with all regulations.

Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for those with:
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution—ideally with team leadership or supervisory duties.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including:
- Motivating teams to meet targets.
- Coaching and developing team members.
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working with:
- Colleagues, management, and other departments.
- Knowledge of:
- Warehouse health & safety procedures.
- Inventory management systems.
- WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)—familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
