Lead and Inspire as a Team Leader or Team Leader Assistant at Gatwick Rise

Gatwick Rise, nestled in the picturesque Westbury on Severn, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to guide and support our dedicated team of Support Workers. What You’ll Do
- Oversee Comprehensive Care: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a house and 11 individual bungalows, all located on one site. Your leadership will ensure the smooth running of these services, providing excellent support and management to your team.
- Lead and Manage the Team: You will lead shifts and manage the direct line supervision of the Assistant Manager, PBS Practice Leads, and Support Workers. Your role will be to ensure that all team members are motivated and supported in delivering person-centered, holistic care.
- Supported by Strong Leadership: Work within a robust managerial structure, including an assistant manager, two deputy managers, a registered manager, and an area manager. This strong support network will enable you to focus on achieving high standards and effective management.
- Drive Quality and Compliance: Be accountable for the quality of support provided to the individuals we support. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks as part of our Quality Assurance processes, ensuring that our services meet and exceed the required standards.
- Motivate and Inspire: Lead by example, achieving goals and high standards through hands-on support and professional practices. Ensure your team is inspired to deliver exceptional care by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and person-centered approaches.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in Care: You have significant experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge, ensuring you can provide high-quality, empathetic support.
- Proven Leadership Skills: You have experience in line managing, supervising staff, or leading shifts, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Empathetic and Kind: You approach your work with empathy, kindness, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
- Resilient and Reliable: You are hardworking, motivated, and able to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a strong commitment to respect, dignity, and safety.
- Great Communicator: You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with your team, the individuals we support, and their families effectively.
- Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and are a positive role model for others.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £33,400.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
