About the Role
We’re recruiting for a Mobilisation Team Manager to join the Remediation Operations Mobilisation Team in Customer Resolutions.

In Customer Resolutions, we address and rectify issues for our customers while leveraging gained insights to prevent future problems. This team specialises in resolving complaints, remediating incidents, and managing customer data processes.
As the Mobilisation Team Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for preparing the business to handle incidents. Your role involves managing, developing, and coaching team members to empower them to perform optimally, achieve their goals within the mobilisation environment, and contribute towards Nationwide’s vision of a modern mutual.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your team, ensuring they operate at their highest capacity
- Utilise people management tools effectively
- Perform proactive coaching
- Manage the work of your team, including one-to-one and group development sessions
- Deliver optimum team performance, fostering strong relationships and driving ongoing business improvements
- Maintain a highly efficient and compliant operation aligned with Nationwide’s goals
- Support mobilisation activities, including:
- Process design
- Risk management
- Continuous improvement
- Providing peer support to operations team managers
