About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who’s passionate about developing and growing a team. You’d be leading a high-performing team of three recruiters and the plan is to grow the team in 2026. While Tech experience isn’t essential, we’re keen on someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re open to billing managers or operational leaders with experience managing key accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of 3 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet client needs and drive team success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee salary negotiations and manage the offer process for successful placements.
  • Drive new business development, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
  • Maintain your own billing responsibilities, setting the standard for performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
