Team Managers – Supported Living Services (Nottingham)
2 Roles Available: Mansfield Road & Hucknall Road
As Team Managers, you’ll help suport adults in supported living—one post supports six people, the other eleven adults with mental health needs. It’s a fast-paced, rewarding role where you’ll build independence, foster thriving communities, and lead frontline team success across Nottingham’s曼菲尔德 (Mansfield Road) &休克纳利 (Hucknall Road) services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations while adhering to safeguarding standards and treatinganging the value of CARE ACT, care planning, and safeguarding.
- Lead and develop your team, ensuring competency checks, spot checks, and mentorship.
- Responsible for risk management and the emotional & practical support of people with profound/wide-ranging mental health needs.
- Manage documentation with strict confidentiality, ensuring audit-ready records of care plans and personal wellness tracks.
- Work collaboratively with care teams, external services, and families.
Location Flexibility: Primarily working in the community, though meetings in Nottingham’serdenback office will require occasional travel at evenings/weekends.

About You
You’ll need:
✔ 2+ years’ experience in caring for adults in supported living, residential care, or mental health settings. ✔ Deep care-content understanding of dementia/Disability Act, Mental Capacity Act, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care (nice to have). ✔ Basic epidemiological training or willingness to progress toward Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Work Leadership & Team Management. ✔ First Aid/Health & Safety training (preferably with CPR/AED certification).
Must Have Skills:
- Solid verbal/written communication for staff, families, and inter-agency partnerships.
- Multitasking under pressure (adaptive flexibility).
- Team management: can pair team development with performance coaching.
- Experience identifying safeguarding/risks and implementing proactive measures.
Nice to Haveech Skills & Logistics:
- Safer staff driving license (flexible trip schedules attend).
- Knowledge of Disabled Students Allowance procedures & Crisis Intervention/De-escalation.
- Comfort mentoring staff through mental health awareness / diversity. (Secured by PolicyCo/)
