Are you an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment?
We’re recruiting two full-time, permanent Team Managers to join our Rockingham site in Corby, working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shifts. If you enjoy motivating teams, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.
We’re looking for hands-on leaders who can inspire colleagues, maintain high standards and deliver strong performance across safety, productivity and service.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re offering a salary of £30,000- £32,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures
- Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
- Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
- Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous supervisory or team-leader experience within a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- A safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
