TEAM MANAGER
Team Manager – Retail Store – Full-Time Permanent
Company Description Location: Primark Fosse Park Salary: £33,189 (31 days annual leave + pension) Contract: Full-Time Permanent (5 days per week)

- Collaborate with store management to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Oversee a designated store section or department, covering:
- Commercial planning & stock management
- Planogram execution
- Visual merchandising & sales performance
- Supervise till areas and fitting rooms as required.
- Lead and organise your team of Retail Assistants, delegating daily tasks.
- Drive motivated coaching to create an exceeding customer experience and elevate sales. -Commit to continuous professional growth via digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways in a supportive workplace.
