TEAM MANAGER

Team Manager – Retail Store – Full-Time Permanent

Company Description Location: Primark Fosse Park Salary: £33,189 (31 days annual leave + pension) Contract: Full-Time Permanent (5 days per week)

  • Collaborate with store management to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Oversee a designated store section or department, covering:
    • Commercial planning & stock management
    • Planogram execution
    • Visual merchandising & sales performance
  • Supervise till areas and fitting rooms as required.
  • Lead and organise your team of Retail Assistants, delegating daily tasks.
  • Drive motivated coaching to create an exceeding customer experience and elevate sales. -Commit to continuous professional growth via digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways in a supportive workplace.
