This exclusive opportunity arises for a Band 8a Team Manager within the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), part of the Urgent Care Pathway under the Directorate of Mental Health.
As a leader, you will:
- Oversee operational and clinical delivery of a CQC-rated Good service across all domains
- Work with a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to high-quality, person-centred care
- Play a key role in shaping mental health services across Leicester and Leicestershire, driving continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
Purpose & Accountabilities
- Oversee CRHTT operational performance with accountability for:
- Clinical governance, patient safety, and quality assurance
- Budget management and cost-improvement programmes
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership, shaping service development
Core Duties
- Lead with visible, compassionate managerial presence
- Ensure clinically effective service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate quality-of-care standards
- Serve as a go-to expert within the Urgent Care Pathway
- Influence service improvement, acting as a change agent
- Manage budgets efficiently
- Participate in the On-Call Manager Rota
- Drive successful change management initiatives
