Key Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store
- Recruiting, training, and developing colleagues to build a high-performing, capable team
- Coaching staff to be knowledgeable and passionate about products, ensuring top-tier range, quality, and service
- Leading trade activities using insights to grow sales and maximise profit
- Aligning with the Store Change Plan to optimise resources and benefits
- Identifying and resolving root-cause issues with sustainable, long-term solutions
- Prioritising colleague safety and ensuring the store operates legally through effective use of security and safety tools
- Staying curious and proactive to continuously improve service for customers, communities, and the planet

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge, collaborate, and inspire results
- A customer-first, welcoming approach that builds strong relationships
- Resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to make decisions that support both customers and colleagues
- Consistent energy and drive, motivating teams to exceed expectations
