PO6: £56,436 pa rising in annual increments to £59,574 inc LW.
Plus £4,700 pa Market Supplement

About the Role:
You will lead a committed team working at the heart of family support and child protection, driving high-quality practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring children and families receive the care and protection they deserve.
You will offer guidance to social workers on CIN/CP cases, PLO cases, and cases in court proceedings.
