Team Manager UK – Fashion, Home & Beauty

Summary

Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Team Manager in Fashion, Home & Beauty, where you’ll lead from the front and play a critical role in redefining our stores for the next generation of customers.

This isn’t just a back-office role. You’ll be on the shop floor—setting an example, raising standards, and inspiring your team to deliver standout style, sharp service, and strong commercial results, even under pressure.

Responsibilities

Experience & Skills

✅ Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments ✅ Strong commercial awareness, with an ability to use data and insights to drive results ✅ Leadership in coaching, performance management, and driving team growth—with both empathy and firmness ✅ Confidence in having tough but constructive conversations ✅ Resilient, adaptable mindset, with the energy to lead through change ✅ Digital competence and willingness to embrace innovation ✅ Exceptional role model for customer service, inclusion, and M&S values
