Team Manager - Food - Bangor
Team Manager in Food – Markets & Spencer (M&S)
Join M&S as a Team Manager in Food, where you’ll lead from the front and play a critical role in reshaping our stores for the next generation of customers.
This isn’t a back-office leadership role. You’ll be on the shop floor:
- Setting the pace
- Raising standards
- Inspiring your team to deliver standout style, sharp service, and strong commercial results, even in high-pressure moments.
