What We’re Looking For
A Team Manager in Food should possess:
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment
- Strong commercial awareness, capable of using data and insights to drive results
- Excellence in coaching, developing, and performance-managing with clarity and empathy
- Confidence in constructive, sometimes difficult conversations
- A resilient, adaptable mindset, with the energy to lead through change
- Digital confidence, and a willingness to embrace new ways of working
- A natural ability to model great service, inclusion, and M&S behaviours
