Team Manager - Food - Manchester Area

Team Manager in Food – Join M&S & Shape the Future

M&S is looking to welcome a Team Manager in Food, where you’ll lead the charge on the shop floor and drive transformations that reshape our stores for the next generation of customers.

This is not a back-office role. You’ll set standards, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional service—alongside sharp commercial results—even during high-pressure moments.
