Team Manager - Food - Penrith

Team Manager in Food –Join M&S

Lead from the front and play a critical role in reshaping M&S stores for the next generation of customers—setting higher standards on the shop floor.

This isn’t a back-office leadership role. You’ll set the pace, raise standards, and inspire your team to deliver standout style, sharp service, and strong commercial results, even in high-pressure situations.

We’re looking for confident, people-first leaders who excel in fast-paced environments, make bold decisions, and know how to unlock the best in others.
