About the Role
Lead from the shop floor and reshape M&S stores for the next generation of customers. This is not a desk-based leadership position—you’ll set the standard, inspire high-performance teams, and deliver exceptional style, service, and commercial results under pressure.

- Shop-floor leadership: Hold responsibility for their team’s performance and department-wide standards

- Proven retail leadership: Experience leading teams in high-pressure customer-focused environments
