Team Manager – Fashion, Home & Beauty (Marks & Spencer)

About the Role

You’re the ideal candidate if you—

  • Have a keen commercial instinct, using data and insight to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead and manage effectively, balancing coaching, development, and performance management with clarity and empathy.
  • Keep your composure, even in tough conversations, and develop quickly in pivotal moments.
