Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading a team to provide an exceptional customer experience in-store
- Recruiting, training, and fostering team development to create a high-performing, capable workforce
- Coaching staff to ensure deep product knowledge and a passionate service approach
- Driving trade activities using expertise and insights to boost sales and profitability
- Developing strategic plans to optimise resources and hours for the best customer impact
- Solving root-cause issues with sustainable, long-term solutions
- Enforcing colleague safety protocols and ensuring legal compliance with security measures
- Empowering yourself and the team to innovate for customers, communities, and sustainability

Required Qualifications & Experience
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to share knowledge and drive teamwork for results
- A customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building capability with staff and customers
- Strong resilience and judgement to make decisions that support both colleagues and customers
- Consistent energy and drive, inspiring motivation to exceed expectations
- Awareness of competitor activities and the ability to identify ways to improve the store experience
