Team Manager
About The Role

Duties and Responsibilities
As Partners – members of the Partnership – it’s our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we’re all as productive as possible.
As a Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for influencing, motivating, and guiding a team while driving the shop forward. You’ll help contribute to the overall performance of our unique brand through exceptional shopkeeping and line management skills.
You’ll be a proactive role model for delivering superb customer service, overseeing the shop floor to ensure customers receive the best experience. At times, you’ll manage entire day-to-day operations to optimise:
- Sales
- Profitability
- Customer satisfaction
- Minimising waste
Equally, you’ll promote a culture of continuous learning and deliver an outstanding Partner experience by unlocking team potential.
Job Requirements
- Ensure consistently high levels of availability and exceptional merchandising standards.
- Deliver an efficient, legal, and secure store operation, taking responsibility for operational activity.
- Essential experience qualifications: Experience of supervising a team in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
