Harvey Nichols is seeking a Team Manager to join our Ladies International Department in Knightsbridge, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end accessories brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.

About the Role

As the Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, people management, and overall performance of the Ladies International department. You will:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and embody the Harvey Nichols brand values.
  • Drive sales performance, setting clear targets and KPIs, and ensuring the team consistently achieves commercial goals.
  • Coach and develop team members, identifying individual strengths and opportunities for growth through regular feedback, training, and mentoring.
  • Oversee client experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable, and personalised interaction that reflects our luxury positioning.
  • Champion visual merchandising standards, ensuring the space always reflects our refined, modern aesthetic and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, implementing strategic initiatives to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with visual, marketing, and buying teams to support new launches, activations, and in-store events.
  • Maintain operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and efficient stock management.
  • Foster a positive team culture, promoting creativity, accountability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and commitment, supporting the team across evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
