About the Role
Availability Window
Our Team Manager role operates across the following hours:
- Monday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday: 08:00 – 18:45
- Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 20:00

Responsibilities
As a Customer Team Manager, you will:
- Lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store.
- Recruit, train, and develop colleagues, fostering a high-performing team.
- Coach the team to become knowledgeable and passionate about products, ensuring quality range, outstanding service, and sales growth.
- Drive trade activity, leveraging insights to increase sales and maximise profit.
- Develop your expertise to implement the Store Change Plan, ensuring resources enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve root-cause issues with sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Prioritise colleague safety and ensure the store operates legally by coaching staff on security and safety tools.
- Maintain an innovative mindset, continuously seeking ways to better serve customers, communities, and the planet.

Requirements
To excel as a Customer Team Manager, you must:
- Have proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, capable of knowledge-sharing and team collaboration to deliver results.
- Embrace a customer-first approach, building trustful relationships with both colleagues and customers.
- Exhibit resilience and sound judgement to make effective, customer-oriented decisions.
- Bring consistent energy and drive, inspiring confidence and motivating the team to exceed expectations.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and identify new initiatives to improve the store.
