You will be responsible for:
- Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
- Recruiting, training, and developing colleagues to build a capable, high-performing team
- Coaching the team to be knowledgeable and passionate about products, ensuring great range, quality, and service
- Leading trade activities to grow sales and maximise profit
- Developing strategies for the Store Change Plan, ensuring resources and hours benefit customers optimally
- Identifying and resolving root-cause issues with sustainable, long-term solutions
- Prioritising colleague safety and ensuring the store operates legally and securely
- Staying curious and proactive to serve customers, communities, and the planet better daily

Requirements
You will need:
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively
- A customer-first approach, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong resilience and judgement to make effective decisions supporting both customers and colleagues
- Motivating and energetic demeanour to inspire confidence and exceed expectations
- Awareness of competitor activity, identifying new ideas and initiatives to improve the store
