About The Role

As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stratford Older People's Team. You will ensure that our services are delivered effectively and efficiently, meeting the needs and outcomes of our people and their carers and adhering to statutory duties and all relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of social workers and social care practitioners, providing supervision, annual appraisal, guidance, and support.
  • Manage and supervise all interventions by Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners through caseload management, supporting and developing staff, providing expert advice, and managing performance.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring value for money.
  • Foster strong partnerships with other agencies, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
