Job Description
What You’ll Do
At Primark, we do retail our way. Here’s a taste of what you can expect:
- Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Manage an allocated section or department, including:
- Commercial planning
- Stock management
- Planograms
- Creating visual impact
- Sales
- Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
- Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting daily tasks.
- Motivate and coach your team to:
- Provide an exceptional store environment
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Optimise sales
- Drive your own development, leveraging:
- Digital learning
- Apprenticeships
