Job Description

What You’ll Do

At Primark, we do retail our way. Here’s a taste of what you can expect:

  • Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
  • Manage an allocated section or department, including:
    • Commercial planning
    • Stock management
    • Planograms
    • Creating visual impact
    • Sales
  • Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
  • Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting daily tasks.
  • Motivate and coach your team to:
    • Provide an exceptional store environment
    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
    • Optimise sales
  • Drive your own development, leveraging:
    • Digital learning
    • Apprenticeships
    • Career pathways
  • Grow in a supportive, people-powered environment
