At itsu St Mary’s Axe, we’re not just serving meals—we’re crafting experiences. This full-time kitchen role demands flexibility but rewards you with training, progression, and unbeatable resources. Start as a Team Member with no experience needed, and earn up to £14.05 per hour + hourly bonus—no zero-hours contracts.
🍣 Your Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including cutting fish and rolling maki to create itsu’s signature dishes
- Cook with precision and care, maintaining the highest food quality and hygiene standards
- Deliver exemplary customer service with a friendly smile
- Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment in one of our vibrant stores
