Your Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face in our venues, ensuring customers feel welcome while maintaining high standards across food, drink, gaming, and venue presentation. Core duties include:

- Greet, serve, and support customers to make every visit memorable.
- Maintain an uplifting, customer-first attitude—friendly, helpful, and energetic.
Service Delivery
- Keep queues moving efficiently, tables clear, and seating areas tidy.
- Reset between sessions to ensure smooth transitions.
Game Support & Venue Energy
- Assist customers with bingo, slots, and other games, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Foster a social, buzzing atmosphere from arrival to checkout.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow health & safety regulations, food hygiene, licensing, and safer gambling procedures.
- Challenges age-restricted sales confidently.
- Report incidents promptly to responsible team leads.
One Team Mindset
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
- Cross-train across roles: Front of House, Floor, Food & Beverage, or cleaning. -URN assistance wherever needed to ensure seamless service.
What You’ll Bring
