Front of House (FOH) Team Member – The Bridge, Barnes
Job Overview
As a Front of House Team Member at The Bridge, Barnes, you will be the face of our venue, providing a warm welcome and delivering exceptional customer service to every guest. You'll work as part of a friendly and energetic team to create a positive dining and social experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of the menu, daily specials and drinks offerings.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately using the till/POS system.
- Keep dining areas clean, organised and presentable throughout service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
