About the Role
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Team Member in one of our Edinburgh stores, you’ll:
- Cut fresh fish and prepare ingredients.
- Roll maki and craft our signature itsu dishes.
- Cook with precision, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a smile.
