About the Role
We’re searching for a Team Member to join our vibrant Tortilla family in Cheshire Oaks! This is a permanent position, with part-time and full-time options available. As a Team Member, you’ll be cooking hot food and handling sharp knives in high-energy, commercial kitchen environments. Due to safety regulations, candidates must be 18 or over.
Our cuisine? Fresh, high-quality Californian Mexican dishes—no freezers in our entire business! We’re expanding rapidly and are committed to helping our teams grow. What We’re Looking For
We’re not fussy about backgrounds—as long as you’re keen, friendly and smiley, you’ll fit in with our #eatfresh ethos.
Ideally:
✅ You love interacting with people (experience in hospitality, retail, or first jobs can help, but isn’t necessary) ✅ You’re keen to learn — you’ll start in a due role but could train for:
- Kitchen: Pot Washer, Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Prep Chef, Commis Chef, Line Chef
- Front of house: Guest service — cross-training is encouraged! ✅ You’re fanatical about quality — just like we think ingredients should be
