Team Member - Ashford County Square (N120833)

Sales Team Member – Fast-Paced Retail Role

Shifts: 10.75hrs per week

  • Sunday: 11:00 - 16:00
  • Saturday: 11:30 - 18:00

As part of a dynamic store team, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service and streamlined stock operations. By adhering to company policies and maintaining a positive attitude, we’ll support your growth from day one with flexible working arrangements where possible.

About the Role

To excel as a Sales Team Member, you’ll need to:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and highly personalised service, helping customers discover the perfect products
  • Share your passion and expertise to enhance customer experience
  • Handle multiple store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and deliveries
  • Champion your personal development and take ownership of your career progression

About You

We’re looking for candidates who embody:

  • Exceptional communication skills—always ready to assist customers
  • A friendly, calm, and efficient demeanour, especially during peak times
  • Proven ability to cope with the demands of a varied, fast-paced work environment

What’s Next?

Your application will require the completion of two assessments:

  1. Working with Numbers Test
  2. Retail Scenarios Assessment

Evaluated applications will be considered against key criteria. If successful, you’ll be invited for an interview to discuss your suitability further.

Important: You must not have previously failed either assessment in the last 6 months.
