About the Role
As a Sales Team Member, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and efficient stock operations. This is a hands-on role where your passion for retail, your customer-focused attitude, and your willingness to learn will shine. We’ll invest in your development from day one and offer flexible working options where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and high-quality service to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products
- Share enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of our product range
- Work across all store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and delivery processing
- Take ownership of your career development, whether that be through training opportunities or personal ambition
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- A friendly, calm, and efficient approach, even during the busiest periods

Application Process

- Retail Scenarios Assessment
- Initial Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a chat about how they’d fit into the team
