Role Summary
As a Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a range of drinks, ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also collaborate with the kitchen team to provide seamless food service, from breakfast buffets to group meals.
This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong multitasking skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset. You’ll work in a lively, energetic environment with plenty of interaction with diverse customers. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences. Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience by addressing any questions or concerns. Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces. Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware. Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions, and balance the register after shifts. Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including ID checks for legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Event Support: Assist with setup and service for special events and private functions. Food Service: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of à la carte orders and maintain high standards for buffet preparation and service.

What We’re Looking For
Skills: Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities during busy periods. Time Management: Serve customers efficiently without compromising quality. Problem-Solving: Handle guest concerns professionally and swiftly. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations. Communication: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in orders, drink preparation, and payment processing. Adaptability: Display a positive, professional attitude and openness to change. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Lift and carry heavy items like beer crates. Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance throughout shifts. Work in varying environmental conditions, including heat and confined spaces.
Legal Requirements
Eligibility to work legally in the country of employment. Up-to-date documentation required by local or national governing bodies. A personal bank account in your name.
