easyCoffee Orpington is a busy, fast-paced coffee shop in a prime location. We pride ourselves on great coffee, friendly service, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced team member who thrives under pressure.
As a Team Member, you’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering excellent customer service in a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone with barista experience who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at all times Prepare and serve drinks and food to brand standards Work confidently during busy periods and peak times Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café Operate the till and handle transactions accurately Support the team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ previous Barista experience (required) Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Fast-paced and able to work well under pressure Reliable and punctual A positive team player with a strong work ethic Available to work every Saturday and Sunday

Hours & Progression Around 20 hours per week during the first 3 months while training After successfully passing probation, additional hours may be available Permanent position with long-term opportunities
