About the Role
As a Sales Team Member, your core responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service and managing stock operations efficiently. In return for meeting all company policies and maintaining a positive attitude, we will invest in your growth from the outset. Flexible working options may also be available.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing fast and friendly service to help customers find their ideal products.
- Sharing expertise on our product range.
- Handling duties across all store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and deliveries.
- Taking ownership of your professional development.

Application Process
To apply, you must complete two online assessments:
- Working with Numbers (WNA)
- Retail Scenarios
Your success hinges on completing both exams — you may apply only if you haven’t failed either in the last six months. Shortlisted candidates will proceed to an interview. Further success will lead to training in-store.
