Sales Team Member

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR:

  • 9.25hrs per week
    • Friday: 13:00–18:00
    • Saturday: 13:30–18:00

About the Role

As a Sales Team Member, your core responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service and managing stock operations efficiently. In return for meeting all company policies and maintaining a positive attitude, we will invest in your growth from the outset. Flexible working options may also be available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing fast and friendly service to help customers find their ideal products.
  • Sharing expertise on our product range.
  • Handling duties across all store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and deliveries.
  • Taking ownership of your professional development.

Application Process

To apply, you must complete two online assessments:

  • Working with Numbers (WNA)
  • Retail Scenarios

Your success hinges on completing both exams — you may apply only if you haven’t failed either in the last six months. Shortlisted candidates will proceed to an interview. Further success will lead to training in-store.
