Team Member - Belfast Donegal Place (N122157)

Sales Team Member – Retail Stores (Sat 09:00–16:00) | Part-time (6.5 hrs/pw)


Shift Details

  • Hours: 6.5 hours per week
  • Shift: Saturday, 09:00–16:00
  • Location: Retail stores across the UK
  • Flexibility: Flexible working options available

About the Role

As a Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and efficient stock operations within our fast-paced environment. In return for embracing all company policies, demonstrating a great work attitude, and contributing to our team, we’ll invest in your long-term development from day one.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient support to customers, helping them find their ideal products
  • Share your ** passion and expertise** in our range of fashion and lifestyle products
  • Operate across all store areas, including:
    • Sales floors
    • Stockrooms
    • Delivery processing
  • Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to evidence your right to work in the UK (Home Office compliance)
  • Temporary role only: No sponsorship available under the Skilled Worker route. Applicants must have autonomous right to work status in the UK.

Selection Process

  1. Online Assessment:
    • Working with Numbers Assessment
    • Retail Scenarios Assessment
  2. Fitness to Work Criteria:
    • Unsuccessful assessment results within the last 6 months disqualify applicants
  3. Interview Stage:
    • Candidates shortlisted based on assessment performance will be contacted for an informal discussion.
